• You have 120 days from the date of payment to complete the course.
• For your digital certificate, enter your real estate license number as your Student ID in your profile.
Licensing Process
Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital certificate valid for license renewal as a real estate broker in Puerto Rico. You are not required to retake the licensing exam for Puerto Rico. We handle your renewal for a digital service fee of $125, plus $200 for the department of state. Now all the processing is online with PCS.
