We are delighted to welcome you to our institute, a leading institution in professional education for real estate, administration, and specialized services. To ensure a straightforward and satisfying educational experience, we’ve prepared this guide outlining our institutional policies.
Please read carefully:
1. Course Access
- Immediate Access: Once enrolled, you’ll receive instant access to your courses via your registered email.
- Access Duration: You’ll have access to course materials for the period specified at the time of purchase.
2. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy
- Final Sales: All sales of digital products and services are final due to the nature of the content provided.
- No full refunds are offered unless required by law. This policy includes:
- Online courses
- Virtual seminars
- Digital subscriptions
- Consulting, coaching, and content creation services
- Exceptional cancellations: If LNU must cancel a course or program due to extraordinary circumstances, once it has been approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Partial refund with a standard reduction of $150 administrative fee.
- Reschedule.
- Select an alternative course.
Approved refund processing may take up to 30 business days.
3. Duplicate Payments.
- If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, email us at luisnievespr@outlook.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

- Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
5. Course Extensions.

You may request a 90-day extension before your access expires for a fee of $95.00. If your access has already expired, you may renew it within one year of expiration for a fee of $150.00. If more than one year has passed since your course or program expired, you will be required to retake the course with LNI approval.

10. Certificate Issuance Policy
- Certificates are issued digitally within 30 calendar days after successful completion of all program requirements.
- To be eligible, students must:
- Complete all assignments with satisfactory performance
- Have no outstanding balance
- Submit a valid government-issued ID to nievescerti@outlook.com
- Meet academic standards under Rule 9101 of the Academic Standards, pursuant to Law 10 of 1994
- Corrections must be requested in writing.
- Certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of completion.
11. State Exam Enrollment
- Once you receive your certificate, you may enroll in the Puerto Rico Real Estate Licensing Examination at
https://revalidasonline.com
12. Accreditation & Licensing
Luis Nieves Institute—LNMO Caribbean is accredited by the Puerto Rico Department of State and the Board of Brokers, Salespersons, and Real Estate Schools.
Authorized under License CA-76 to offer official preparatory programs for the Puerto Rico Real Estate Licensing Examination.
