At LNMO Caribbean, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and student‑centered educational experience. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms governing course access, cancellations, refunds, certificates, and digital services. By enrolling, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this institutional policy.

1. Course Access

Upon completing enrollment, students receive immediate access to their course, seminar, or program using the email address provided during registration.
The duration of access is determined by the terms specified at the time of purchase.

While occasional delays may occur, LNMO Caribbean guarantee activation of services within 24 to 72 business hours, in accordance with the agreed‑upon terms.

2. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Online courses
  • Virtual seminars
  • Digital subscriptions
  • Consulting
  • Coaching
  • Digital content creation
  • Educational materials

Refunds are not issued, except where required by law.

Institutional Cancellation

If LNMO Caribbean must cancel a course due to extraordinary circumstances, students may choose one of the following:

  • A partial refund (minus a $150 administrative fee)
  • A rescheduled course
  • An alternative course of equal value

Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made in error, students must notify the institution at:

Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 30 business days.

5. Course Extensions

Students may request an extension before their course access expires:

  • 90‑day extension: $95
  • If access expired within the past year: 90‑day extension for $150

6. Course Updates

LNMO Caribbean regularly updates its courses and seminars to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Active students will be notified of significant updates to their enrolled programs.

7. Privacy & Data Security

Student privacy is a top institutional priority.
Students are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, usage, and protection.

8. Digital‑Only Materials

All courses, books, and educational materials are provided exclusively in digital format.
The institution does not sell physical books or printed materials through its website.

9. Privacy Policy & Website Terms

By accessing our website, users agree to the terms and conditions stated therein.

  • The institution does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice through its website.
  • All information submitted becomes institutional property of LNMO Caribbean & Prof. Luis Nieves.
  • The website operates under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States Federal Government.

10. Certificate Issuance Policy

Certificates are issued digitally within 30 calendar days after the student:

  • Completes all academic requirements
  • Achieves satisfactory performance
  • Has no outstanding balances
  • Submits a valid government‑issued ID to:

Students must meet the academic standards established in Rule 9101, pursuant to Law 10 of 1994.

Correction requests must be submitted in writing to:

Certificates remain valid for two years from the date of completion.

11. State Exam Enrollment

After receiving their certificate, students may register for the Puerto Rico Real Estate Licensing Examination at:
https://revalidasonline.com

12. Accreditation & Licensing

LNMO Caribbean is accredited by:

  • Puerto Rico Department of State
  • Board of Real Estate Brokers, Salespersons, and Companies

Under License CA‑76, the institution is authorized to offer official online preparatory courses, seminars, and programs for:

  • New real estate licenses
  • License renewals
  • Continuing education
  • Instructor certification
