You have 30 days from the date of payment to complete the course.
In your profile, where it says Student ID, enter your real estate license number to ensure it appears correctly on your digital certificate.
Licensing Exam:

After completing the course, to obtain your Real Estate Salesperson license you must take the Puerto Rico State licensing exam. This exam is administered through Test Innovations and is conducted on a computer.

The exam consists of 80 multiple-choice questions.
To pass and obtain your license, you must score at least 70%.
